How Ordering Works

Ordering from TrustDealz is simple.

1. Choose your products

Browse our available products, select the required options and quantities, and add them to your cart.

2. Enter the delivery details

Individual customers should enter their own delivery address.

Business customers ordering for an end customer should enter the end customer’s name and address as the delivery address. Please check these details carefully before completing the order.

3. Complete payment

The product price and any applicable delivery charge will be shown before payment. Complete your order using one of the payment methods available at checkout.

4. Order processing

After the order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation at the email address provided during checkout.

Orders may be fulfilled from our warehouse or through an approved fulfilment partner. An order containing multiple products may arrive in separate parcels.

5. Delivery

Delivery information and any available tracking details will be sent to the email address provided with the order.

Please ensure someone can receive the parcel at the delivery address. TrustDealz cannot be responsible for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect delivery information supplied by the customer.

Business and direct-delivery orders

If you are ordering on behalf of another person, you must have permission to provide their name, address, telephone number and any other information required to fulfil the order.
