Shipping destinations

TrustDealz currently delivers to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

Shipping options and charges

The following delivery options are available at checkout:

• Evri Delivery: £3.99
• Royal Mail Delivery: £4.50

The available delivery options and total delivery charge will be displayed before you complete payment.

Order processing and delivery

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation at the email address provided during checkout.

Where a delivery estimate is available, it will be shown at checkout or communicated after the order has been processed. Unless a different delivery period is agreed with you, your order will be delivered within 30 days after it has been accepted.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may not begin processing until the next working day.

Fulfilment and separate parcels

Orders may be fulfilled from our warehouse or through an approved fulfilment partner. If an order contains multiple products, the items may be delivered separately and may arrive at different times.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, the tracking information will be sent to the email address provided with the order. Tracking information may take some time to update after dispatch.

Delivery information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Please check the recipient’s name, address, postcode and contact information before completing the order.

If an order cannot be delivered because incorrect or incomplete information was provided, additional delivery charges may apply before the order can be sent again.

Business and direct-delivery orders

Business customers arranging delivery directly to an end customer must ensure that the delivery information is accurate and that they have permission to provide the recipient’s personal information for order fulfilment.

Delays, missing parcels and damaged deliveries

Delivery may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control. If your order is overdue, missing or arrives damaged, please contact us so that we can investigate.

Nothing in this Shipping Policy affects your statutory rights.
