Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform through which we offer our products.

  1. ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS

These Terms of Service apply whenever you visit our website, create an account or place an order with us. They apply whether you purchase as an individual consumer or on behalf of a business.

By using the website or submitting an order, you agree to these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy.

If you place an order for or on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms restricts any statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded.

  1. ELIGIBILITY AND PERMITTED USE

You must be at least 18 years old or otherwise legally capable of entering into a contract to place an order.

You must not use our website or products for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose. You must not introduce viruses, malicious code or other material that could damage or interfere with the website or its users.

We may restrict or terminate access where we reasonably believe the website is being misused, fraud has been attempted or these Terms have been breached.

  1. PRODUCT INFORMATION

We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, measurements, colours, photographs, prices and availability information are accurate.

Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on lighting, photography, manufacturing variations and the display settings of your device. Measurements and weights may also be subject to reasonable manufacturing tolerances.

Product packaging may differ from the images displayed without materially changing the product.

Products are subject to availability. Adding a product to your basket does not reserve it.

  1. PRICES AND PAYMENT

Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP).

The total amount payable, including any applicable taxes and delivery charges, will be shown before you submit your order.

We may change product prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders that we have already accepted.

Payment must be made using one of the methods available at checkout. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

  1. ORDERS AND ORDER ACCEPTANCE

After you submit an order, Shopify will send an order-confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order but does not necessarily mean that it has been accepted.

A contract is formed when we confirm dispatch or otherwise expressly accept the order.

We may refuse or cancel an order before dispatch for reasons including:

• The product is unavailable
• Payment has not been authorised
• The delivery information is incomplete or incorrect
• We reasonably suspect fraud or unlawful activity
• A price or product-information error is clear and material
• We cannot deliver to the requested address

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the affected amount to the original payment method.

  1. BUSINESS, RESELLER AND DIRECT-DELIVERY ORDERS

Business customers may purchase products for resale or request delivery directly to their own customers, subject to these Terms.

The business or person placing the order remains our contracting customer and is responsible for:

• Providing complete and accurate billing and delivery information
• Obtaining any permission required to provide an end customer’s name, address, telephone number or email address
• Ensuring the ordered product and delivery details are suitable for their customer
• Communicating relevant delivery and product information to their customer
• Contacting TrustDealz regarding order amendments, returns, refunds or complaints

We may communicate directly with the delivery recipient when reasonably necessary to complete delivery, investigate a delivery problem or comply with legal obligations.

Business customers must not falsely represent themselves as TrustDealz, make unauthorised promises on our behalf or use our intellectual property without permission.

  1. FULFILMENT AND DELIVERY

We currently deliver to eligible United Kingdom addresses.

Orders may be dispatched by TrustDealz or fulfilled through third-party warehouses, suppliers and delivery partners. These may include Royal Mail, Evri, Amazon fulfilment services or other suitable carriers. Some orders may therefore arrive in third-party packaging or in separate parcels.

Delivery charges and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout or explained in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery times are estimates unless we have expressly agreed otherwise. We will contact the customer if we become aware of a significant delay.

You are responsible for providing an accurate and accessible delivery address. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer, except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded.

For consumer orders, responsibility for the goods normally passes when they are delivered to you or a person identified by you to receive them. Ownership passes after we have received full payment.

  1. CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Cancellations, returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

If you purchase as a consumer, you may also have statutory cancellation and product-quality rights. Nothing in these Terms or our Return and Refund Policy limits those rights.

Return requests must normally be made by the person or business that placed the order, even if the product was delivered directly to another recipient.

  1. ACCOUNTS AND CUSTOMER INFORMATION

You are responsible for ensuring that the information provided when ordering or creating an account is accurate and current.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and sign-in details. Please contact us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

We may suspend an account where reasonably necessary to protect customers, investigate suspected fraud or prevent misuse.

  1. DISCOUNTS AND PROMOTIONS

Discounts, promotional offers and voucher codes may be subject to additional conditions.

Unless stated otherwise:

• Promotions cannot be exchanged for cash
• Only one promotional code may be used per order
• Promotions may be withdrawn or amended before an order is placed
• Eligibility and expiry restrictions may apply

Your statutory rights are not affected.

  1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The website and its content—including text, branding, graphics, product photographs, designs and software—are owned by or licensed to TrustDealz and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may use the website for lawful personal or business purchasing purposes. You must not reproduce, sell, distribute, scrape or commercially exploit website content without our written permission or another lawful basis.

  1. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or use third-party services, including payment, analytics, fulfilment and delivery providers.

We are not responsible for the content or practices of independent third-party websites. You should review their terms and privacy information before using them.

This does not remove any responsibility that TrustDealz has for an order placed directly with us.

  1. REVIEWS, FEEDBACK AND SUBMISSIONS

If you submit a review, photograph, suggestion or other content, you confirm that you have the right to provide it and that it is not unlawful, misleading, abusive or infringing.

You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide and royalty-free right to use, reproduce and display that content for operating and promoting our business, subject to applicable privacy and consumer-protection laws.

We may remove content that breaches these Terms or applicable law.

  1. WEBSITE AVAILABILITY AND ERRORS

We may update, suspend or discontinue parts of the website where reasonably necessary.

We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted or error-free. If we discover an error affecting an order, we will take reasonable steps to correct it and contact the customer where necessary.

  1. LIABILITY

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or goods that do not meet applicable statutory requirements.

If you are a consumer, we are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for business losses arising from a consumer purchase.

If you purchase wholly or mainly for business purposes, we will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of business opportunity or loss of goodwill, except where liability cannot legally be excluded. Subject to any liability that cannot be limited, our total liability relating to a business order will not exceed the amount paid for the affected order.

  1. EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, carrier disruption, industrial action, system failure, natural disaster, government action or supply-chain disruption.

We will take reasonable steps to minimise the effect of such events and fulfil or refund affected orders where required.

  1. PRIVACY

Our collection and use of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy.

When a business customer supplies an end customer’s delivery information, the business customer confirms that it is lawfully permitted to share that information with us for order processing, fulfilment and delivery.

  1. SEVERABILITY AND WAIVER

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

A delay in enforcing a right under these Terms does not mean that the right has been waived.

  1. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our services, business practices or legal obligations.

The latest version will be published on this page with the revised date. Changes will not retrospectively alter an order that was already accepted unless required by law or agreed with the customer.

  1. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of Scotland.

If you are a consumer, this does not remove any mandatory legal protections or court rights available to you where you live.

If you purchase for business purposes, the courts of Scotland will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes relating to these Terms or an order.
